Nature is also present at the time of storytelling. “Mari, the little seed” (Ed. Nandyala, 2018) talks about the small seed of frizzy bunches that traveled on the wings of a bee in search of a better place to germinate. She became an example for all the other little plants.
The story is by author Maíra Oliveira, from the Ujima Group: Black Stories Tellers - Children and Youth Literature, and pays homage to councilor Marielle Franco.
